Focusing...

Just to clarify my last post, I know this is a huge topic that could encompass more. And I know that everyone has a different story. All I am focusing on is the people who won't seek help when it is available. Don't even get me started on the health care system in this country. That is an important dynamic of the issue of mental health, but all I am talking about is the one issue of the attitude of people who "don't want drugs" even if they could help.

LMAO... I know but it is not just the not wanting help, it is the attitude that comes from society about it complicating the matter I think. I think that is many a person's problem and they are not even aware... I have a friend who everytime I have a bad day tells me I should think about going back on drugs full time... F THAT! Sorry, but I used them as they were ment to be used, and now it is up to me to continue to use the CBT to keep myself out of the mopes... it happens occasionally (maybe... well PMS! LMAO) but now I get back up after a few days (if that!!). She will hear nothing of that thought though when I tell her they are not a long term fix her statement "well they are for me! It is organic." Well so is mine, ask my father, his father, my aunt, grands etc... it's organic but I refuse to perpetuate the cycle on to my kid, genes play a role environment is stronger tho! Ok, I am exausted I probably made ablsolutely no F-ing sense! LMAO This quiting smoking thing is for the F-ing birds! LOL
